QUESTION 01/05 — THE NINETIES

How does this work?

The nineties, Nicosia.
A boy is taking a computer apart.

It never went back together.
But he saw inside.

What was learned that day was bigger than the screws:
everything has an inside.
And whoever sees the inside can build it better.

The question was asked that day.
It never went quiet again.

Pencil sketch: a computer in pieces — case, motherboard, cables, drawn as an exploded view.

the only computer in the house. sorry.

QUESTION 02/05 — TRADE

Where does a click go?

Growing up, the questions moved to the screen.

An ad gets clicked. Then what?
Most people never look.
I’ve been looking for over a decade.

What I build for brands is called a growth system:
traffic in one end, clients out the other,
everything in between, measured.

This notebook’s one rule comes from there:

If it can’t be measured, I don’t ship it.

Ink stamp: MEASURED.

What did it cost? What did it bring back?
A page with no answer to those two questions
does not exist in this notebook.

ON MY DESK

  • CARD 01 — REAL-ESTATE GROWTH

End-to-end demand systems for brands selling homes to international buyers: campaigns, funnel, CRM, closed deals.

  • CARD 02 — B2B DEMAND GENERATION

Qualified pipeline for long sales cycles. Not vanity metrics — booked meetings.

  • CARD 03 — MEASUREMENT & ANALYTICS

Tracking infrastructure, attribution, reporting. Numbers as decision tools, not decoration.

  • CARD 04 — STRATEGY & ADVISORY

I audit what’s been done and plan what’s next. When needed, I say “don’t.”

QUESTION 03/05 — GROUND

How does an island connect to the world?

After a while, the question outgrew my own work.

I sit with young marketers and pass on what I know.
I work to open local businesses to digital and export markets.
I talk about cyber security — because in a small economy,
a fraud case isn’t a statistic. It’s a neighbour.

None of this gets invoiced.

the island keeps long-term books.

WRITING

Entries: 0

When I write, it lands here. Promise.

QUESTION 04/05 — SCALE

How does a country work better?

As the questions grew, the notebook didn’t change; its subject did.

How does a school work better? A hospital?
Traffic, farming, tourism — how?
A poorly built order
wears down even the good people inside it.

This island gave me plenty of questions.
I made looking for answers a debt.

Today I serve as Secretary General of the
Toplumcu Demokrasi Partisi (Communal Democracy Party).

It’s the same question I asked the computer as a boy. Only the machine got bigger.

Pencil sketch: the same computer, this time assembled. Handwritten under it: finally.

finally.

QUESTION 05/05 — SIGNAL

The next question is yours.

Got a job to discuss? Write short; I answer long.
Got a question? Even better.

This notebook is kept in Nicosia.
No trackers. No cookies. No filler.

The questions aren’t finished.
